Webmail

We recommend accessing emails using web-based email accounts, such as  Gmail (Google) or Outlook (Microsoft).  

Mobile

Gmail and Outlook accounts can also be set up on any mobile device (iPhones, Android phones & tablets).

Both Gmail and Outlook have apps you can download from your device's app store. 

You may want to use your default mail app. You can add your new webmail account to your device using the following instructions - iPhone & Android. You just need your email address and password. No advanced settings should be required.

Laptop email software

If you access your emails via a desktop program on your laptop, you may need to check that:

• your email program is configured to use SMTP on port 587 or 465, and

• your email provider supports SMTP on port 587 or 465
