Digital elements:
Alongside printing them out, the above documents can also be displayed on TV screens, websites or social media pages. Additionally, here are some discrete digital elements which may be helpful if you are constructing your own display materials:
"Getting started with APNK Chrome computers" booklet
A 16-page booklet designed for assisting APNK computer users who are unfamiliar with the Chrome operating system. We recommending having some copies printed out and available where your computers are, for the public to read or take away.
The complete APNK Terms of Use, in both English and Te Reo Māori.
We recommend each library has a few copies of this printed out and easily available for the public to read. When printing the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader, select the Booklet option to print an A5 booklet, using just 2 double-sided A4 sheets.
How to print out a PDF in booklet format
Download the PDF file, then open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Select Print, then click on the Booklet option (refer to the image below to see where you can find this option).
This will print the PDF document double-sided on A4 sheets. Then simply fold the collated pages together to produce an A5 booklet, with the pages sequenced correctly. A long-arm stapler can be used for simple binding.
Here are a selection of logos, available for you to use. These may be useful for inclusion in library or council websites, digital display signage, social media campaigns, or bespoke printed material.
Please let the APNK team know if there is a specific element not included here that you would like a copy of, or if you have any questions about the correct use of logos in your content.

A selection of NZ Government branding options.

Service Desk support info - APNK (A4 poster)
Service Desk support info - Kōtui (A4 poster)
(Last updated 21/09/21)
Simple one-sheets for quick info about what to do if you need help. We recommend printing this out and putting it either behind the counter or out the back on a staff noticeboard, so that all library staff are able to quickly find the support site URL, plus the service desk contact details.
(Avoid putting it up where the public can see it though, since the service desk contact info is for library staff use, not the public.)
A comparison of Google and Microsoft accounts
This one-pager is handy for giving an overview of what Google accounts and Microsoft accounts give you, and how to get them.
Public libraries around New Zealand are now operating as per usual, with APNK Free Public Wi-Fi made available up to 24/7. However, if COVID-19 restrictions are required again in future, these resources, may be useful.
